Drainage Easements

Reminder

If you have a drainage easement that runs across your property you are responsible for the maintenance of the easement just as you are for the rest of your prooperty. We tend to do pretty good with easements of the front of our property, its the ones at the rear of our property that tend to get neglected (out of sight out of mind).

Tall grass and weeds along with other debris can impede the flow of water creating drainage issues. Not to mention unkept over grown areas make a great breeding ground for mosquitos  and other pest.

Let's keep the water flowing and the pest at bay!
