Drainage

Within the last month and a half a resident of our city, Woodlawn Park, called me about a Concrete Culvert that runs behind their home. They personally keep the Culvert behind their home cleared of any Debris, plus they make an effort to keep the Culvert clear on either side of their propery. The problem is that a neighbor does does keep the Culvert cleaned out behind their home and Debris causes a Stench/Odor.

I called MSD and the resident told me that MSD came out and basically said it was not their problem.

All I am asking is if you have access to any Culvert that runs through our behind your property that you keep the Culverts free of any Debris so that water can move freely out of our cities. Plus if you keep the Culverts cleared it will prevent Mosquitoes for breeding and keep other pest away.
